All client information acquired by VitalObjectives, and its' partners and members, remains private and confidential as described in the VitalObjectives Privacy Policy.

Limits and Liability

VitalObjectives is not liable for injuries not directly due to negligence by VitalObjectives.

Intellectual Property

All copy written and trademarked logos, words, designs, systems, methods, names and materials created by VitalObjectives can not be used or sold without the express written consent of VitalObjectives.

Deliverables

Deliverables make up consultations, phone, e-mail, assessment, testing, interpretation of results, program design, personal coaching, and lifestyle, fitness, and athletic performance and related programs and products.

Program Results

The results of a VitalObjectives program are based on program structure, frequency, commitment and implementation with a shared responsibility. Customer honesty and effort are crucial factors in realizing results.

Testing

Testing is used as an objective method of assessing customer lifestyle, health, metabolism and physical and physiological fitness. Tests are included in certain programs and offered as additional services. Some tests may be required and/or recommended. Testing is a means of gauging customer competence and procuring customer safety.

Customer Responsibility and Compliance

Any customer that commits to a VitalObjectives program bears responsibility to adhere to the program in the manner in which it is written and instructed. VitalObjectives reserves the right to know about any other customer health and fitness conditions, issues, and concerns for safety purposes. The customer must be open, honest and responsible regarding disclosure of major health issues, scheduling, promptness, payment and commitment to the VitalObjectives program. Any concerns, fears and/or relevant facts including but not limited to relevant factors, such as pre-existing conditions, must be brought to the attention of VitalObjectives. Failure to do so may result in diminished results, poor performance, and/or termination of the program. VitalObjectives reserves the right to terminate a customer program at will.

 

 

Notices and Updates

Communications and schedule changes must be made by e-mail, phone or writing by both parties.

Non-Exclusivity

Both parties do not have an exclusive relationship or partnership of any kind. VitalObjectives may encourage or discourage involvement with other programs or individuals that may influence the contracted program(s) by VitalObjectives and/or its members.

Payment

VitalObjectives payment methods include wire transfer, cash, certified checks, PayPal and accepted credit cards. Please note that additional processing fees may also apply.

Program and service prices represent an integration of instructor education, experience and skill. The cost is based on consultation time, evaluation/testing, interpretation of tests and results, program development and management, administration, personal coaching and education. Other one time administrative fees may apply to certain programs.

Program Changes, Refusal and Cancellation

VitalObjectives and its members reserve the right to change program structure or content as well as pricing. VitalObjectives reserves the right to refuse a candidate without cause or reason and at will. VitalObjectives has the right to cancel a program at any time due to negligence of any type without refund. .

Force Majeure

In the event of a disaster, injury or death of either party, all programs, products and services are not subject to refund or completion until either party is deemed able to continue by an attorney and/or physician.
